ANSI Gate Valve

FYL ANSI Gate Valve is designed according to API60D or API600, SB2073-2083, manual switch, flange connection, rising rod, wedge type, copper alloy welding sealing surface, compact structure, small size, good rigidity, safe and reliable. The elastic structure of the closing part (gate valve) can automatically compensate the deformation of the valve body caused by abnormal load or temperature during work. Therefore, the sealing is reliable, and the gate will not be wedged. The valve seat can be a replaceable valve seat, which can be matched with the material of the sealing surface of the closing part in any combination to meet the requirements of the working conditions and prolong the service life. It is suitable for cutting off or connecting the pipeline medium on the pipelines of various systems in petroleum, chemical, hydraulic and thermal power stations. Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, acid, alkali, ammonia, urea, sulfur-containing natural gas, etc.

The sealing surface of the gate and the valve seat is made of hard alloy with different hardness, reliable sealing, high hardness, wear resistance, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, good abrasion resistance and long service life.

Various piping flange standards and flange sealing surface forms are available to meet various engineering needs and user requirements.
