FYL Single Air Valve is used at high points or elbows on the pipeline to remove excess gas in the pipeline, so that the pipeline will not appear air-locked or air-blocked, improve the efficiency of the pipeline and reduce energy consumption. The valve body is a barrel-shaped valve body, and its internal structure mainly includes stainless steel floating balls. When the pipe starts to be filled with water, the floating ball will slowly float up, and the valve has exhausted at this time. When a certain pressure is reached, the floating ball will hold the rubber ring tightly, indicating that all the air has been discharged from the exhaust nozzle. During the operation of the HVAC system and the HVAC system, the gas released when the water is heated, such as hydrogen, oxygen, etc., will cause many adverse effects that will damage the system and reduce the thermal effect. Single Air Valve Working Principle

The open position to perform a large amount of exhaust; when the air is exhausted, the water floating ball in the valve floats, and the plug is driven to the closed position to stop the large amount of exhaust. When the water in the pipe is normally transported, if a small amount of gas accumulates in the valve to a considerable extent, the water level in the valve drops, and the float ball drops accordingly, and the gas is discharged from the small hole. When the water pump stops and the water in the pipe is empty, or when a negative pressure is generated in the pipe, the plug is opened at this time to suck in air to ensure the safety of the pipeline.
